Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow, what a busy, fun, productive weekend!!!

I am a bit behind on my flickr photo uploads so, I am currently uploading 236 pictures to post! LOL  Well, I won’t post them all but, they will be available for viewing in the side bar!

So, instead I will pretty up this entry with a video that I promised a certain sad Nanna that I would post.  She is soooo far away and missing all of her sweet, sweet grandchildren so, hopefully this will brighten her day:

I had browned up the chicken on Saturday night so, all I had to do was put the rest of the soup together.  I cheated a bit and, used green salsa (instead of fresh tomatillos) and, frozen corn instead of on the cob (so I skipped the steeping step at the start) and it was still delish!  It was one of those soups that has a different flavour in each bite and, hits all of the flavor spots on your tongue!  YUM YUM

We are at the doctor tomorrow so, I don’t anticipate being able to update till late tomorrow night or, early Wednesday morning but, I will get it done! 🙂
